How does the headhunting model work?

After sharing the requirements of your context, you get a 3–5 pre-selected shortlist of Designers (with accurate match for the role) for interview. Once the best fit is selected, we handle onboarding, contracts, payments, and ongoing support. Both project-based and in-house team models are available.

What’s the timezone overlap like?

When hiring UX Designers from Brazil, expect 3–6 hours of daily overlap for Europe. This enables good real-time collaboration without requiring anyone to work outside standard hours.

Will language or cultural differences be an issue?

Not at all. All our professionals are fluent in English and have extensive experience with international clients. Brazilian talent is known for being adaptable, communicative, and collaborative—you’ll find the cultural fit seamless.
