How does the headhunting model work?

After sharing the requirements of your context, you get a 3–5 pre-selected shortlist of Designers (with accurate match for the role) for interview. Once the best fit is selected, we handle onboarding, contracts, payments, and ongoing support. Both project-based and in-house team models are available.

What’s the timezone overlap like?

When hiring UX Designers from Brazil, expect 3–6 hours of daily overlap for Europe. This enables good real-time collaboration without requiring anyone to work outside standard hours.

Will language or cultural differences be an issue?
